Mrs Fiona Tsang-Wright
MBBS, BSc (Hons), FRCS (England)
Consultant Breast and Reconstructive Surgeon
About
Dr Fiona Tsang-Wright is a consultant breast and reconstructive surgeon, who specialises in both benign and complex breast diseases. She sees both adult and adolescent patients and has a strong interest in risk-reducing breast surgery, breast cancer in younger women, and benign breast conditions including breast pain and cysts.
Dr Tsang-Wright offers a wide range of surgical procedures, including lumpectomies, sentinel lymph node biopsies, axillary clearances, and mastectomies for patients undergoing breast cancer treatment.
Using oncoplastic remodelling techniques, Dr Tsang-Wright combines cancer surgery with reconstructive principles to optimise cosmetic outcomes for her patients. She has particular expertise in immediate breast reconstruction with implants and also collaborates with consultant plastic surgeons for autologous flap reconstructions. She offers all her patients a fully personalised care pathway, with clear information and ongoing support throughout their treatment.
She’s committed to integrating technology into her practice to improve patient care. In 2021, she introduced the use of Magseed® (Endomag) for the localisation of impalpable cancers, and incorporated the Concentric digital consent platform into daily use. This was followed by the adoption of the Magtotal approach, combining Magseed® and Magtrace® technologies.
Training and qualifications
After completing her medical degree and a degree in biomedical sciences at King’s College London, Dr Tsang-Wright undertook postgraduate surgical training in North West London. She gained her reconstructive experience at three of London’s leading tertiary oncoplastic centres: The Royal Marsden Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital (Imperial College), and St Bartholomew’s Hospital.
She attained Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2018 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2019.

Dr Tsang-Wright is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal Society of Medicine. She also sits on two committees at the Association of Breast Surgery (UK), reflecting her active engagement in the wider surgical community.
